We conduct our analytical research, legal case preparation and we then formulate a cohesive lender workout strategy and then our attorneys will handle the negotiation process with your lender.

Bank or Portfolios: When valuing loan portfolios, Janus Properties will negotiate a retainer and a per property price, ensuring that specific properties are thoroughly analyzed and negotiated solutions are offered to property owners that maximize return or minimize losses to the bank or portfolio.
